Lydia Lazar
Public Policy Analyst

Lydia Lazar is a strategist, legal educator, and author, now working on a consulting basis with Economic Restoration. Most recently, as the full time Managing Director,  Lydia led team and business development for Acres U.S.A., North America’s oldest publisher on production-scale organic and regenerative farming. Previously, she served as an associate dean and lecturer at the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy, and as the dean of international law and policy at Chicago-Kent College of Law. Earlier professional affiliations include Waste Management Inc, The City of New York, and the Center for the Biology of Natural Systems. Lydia is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois.
