Greg Corbin

ERI Board Member

Greg is the driving force behind Werge & Corbin Law Group of Denver, serving Transactional, Corporate, and Non-profit entities. Greg has an obvious passion for helping individuals, small businesses, and nonprofits across the U.S. His experience as a litigator allows him to provide his clients with insights to complex situations, and expert counsel on how to pass through the maze of pathways to success. Whether it is the beginning stages of a startup, or finalizing a critical agreement with a new client, Greg’s depth of experience pays great dividends.

As a small business owner, Greg knows the risks of each decision, and more importantly, steps that can be taken to mitigate them. His commitment to the nonprofit community is pervasive his personal life, including service on the Board of Directors for Project Worthmore, a Colorado non-profit aimed at providing diverse support to refugee families. He joined the Economic Restoration Institute in 2025, and supports the ERI team with invaluable experience. Greg teaches Corporate Drafting at DU’s Sturm College of Law, helping the next generation of lawyers translate business deals into clear, enforceable contracts. Watching students develop their skills and confidence, and advance their careers, has been an incredibly fulfilling experience for him.  When Greg’s not helping his clients form or run their businesses, he enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones, such as exploring the stunning mountains that surround their home, with their beloved dog, Luna.
